Consistent Color and Control: Victory Family Church Upgrades House Lighting

In a room as large as Victory Family Church’s auditorium, house lighting plays a vital role in both visibility and atmosphere. The existing fixtures were aging, inconsistent, and beginning to fail. Leadership knew it was time for an overhaul that would restore reliability and elevate the worship environment.

Fresh Tech partnered with Victory to design and install a new Chroma-Q house lighting system that delivers consistent brightness, full color mixing, and easy control for both staff and volunteers.

A New Lighting Foundation

The project included more than 80 new fixtures across the space. The system features 70 Chroma-Q Inspire XT fixtures that provide high-output brightness and a clean, even wash throughout the room. For the upper seating areas, 17 Chroma-Q 2Inspire fixtures were installed, offering a cost-effective solution where less intensity was needed due to the raised seating.

To make operation simple, Fresh Tech integrated the system with Q-Sys control. At the entrances, key digital button panels allow staff to turn lights on or off without powering up the console, giving the church flexibility for both full-scale productions and everyday use.

The Inspire XT fixtures provide RGBWA color mixing, giving Victory’s team the ability to shift from bright, welcoming white light to immersive color washes that match the tone of worship.
