Victory Family Church Strengthens Audio Infrastructure

Every church’s vision for worship and ministry relies on infrastructure strong enough to support it. At Victory Family Church, that meant making sure their audio backbone could deliver the clarity, reliability, and flexibility their services required. After acquiring a DiGiCo SD8 console, SD Rack, and Waves package from another local church, they turned to Fresh Tech to design and install the infrastructure that would unlock the full potential of that system.

Building the Foundation

While the SD8 platform is powerful, it requires the right backbone to operate at its best. Fresh Tech added a fiber infrastructure to provide speed and stability across the facility, ensuring the system could handle the demands of modern worship. A new Dante network was also built using Netgear’s AV Line of switches, giving the church a flexible digital audio foundation that supports current workflows and is ready for future expansion.

To enhance the onstage experience, we integrated KLANG immersive monitoring, giving musicians in-ear mixes with depth and clarity so they can perform with confidence. The SD rack was also upgraded with premium input and output cards, delivering pristine audio quality at every stage of the signal path.

Commissioning with Care

Once the infrastructure was in place, Fresh Tech commissioned the system from top to bottom. We re-tuned the PA, optimized the audio network, and verified every component worked together seamlessly. Just as important, we collaborated with the production team to tailor workflows to their specific needs, ensuring the system would be intuitive and dependable for the volunteers and staff who rely on it each week.

This project highlights one of Fresh Tech’s strengths: coming alongside churches to add value to the systems they already own. Victory’s gear purchase was a strong starting point, but without the right infrastructure it could not perform to its full potential. With integration, optimization, and commissioning, we turned that purchase into a fully realized, reliable audio platform.

Today, Victory Family Church has an infrastructure that combines the power of DiGiCo, Waves, Dante, and KLANG into a cohesive workflow. It is flexible enough for broadcast and live production, stable enough for weekly services, and future-ready for continued growth.

For Victory, this upgrade was more than a technical win. It was a way to steward resources wisely, maximize what they had, and build a system that equips their team for ministry with confidence every week.
